Then come up with a new spin for us since most of us are already aware of the Devon/SIOR connection in the OK govt docs.

Though many have not bothered to go looking in the KS govt docs.

I'm no stock market guru, but I am with Traderfan on this one. There is no way I can see them wanting to take such a huge risk by dumping shareholders with activity going on. To me (and maybe I'm wrong) that could be lawsuit heaven.

Can I get an oops....or something?That document clearly shows what is going on here. As I have stated in a post here. The company MUST make good on this or face countless lawsuits to lock this asset up. No one wants that.

SIOR will create units and take this private or something like that. I and all shareholders will own exactly the same percentage(or something very close) of this asset. This is only one way of handling it. There are other ways of handling it...and rather quickly.(5 months or so) I would prefer this private route as it would lock out those that would of liked to have bought shares tomorrow, that were not already owners. I would like to have right of first refusal if anyone wants to sell their unit(s). I am not sure that this is how it will go, but everyone would be very pleased in my estimation.
