It may surprise you to know that the questions you copied here are not new, and have been copied (and answered) here before. You could do a search, but my suggestion to you would be to read a Bible, where both all your questions are answered and your smug and scoffing attitude are addressed.

And yes, God's word is both eternal and unchanging, just as God Himself is. That is a wonderful concept for you to ponder as you begin your search.
