UNAUDITED!!!!!!!! LMAO...What I saw was 17 pages....Is The Purchase of The Dallas Diamonds on the other pages?....He sold The Diamonds back to ARTS and himself from the PBHG Filing....I didnt see it in the ARTS filing. All I saw was The same Filing from the last time he filed and added new Numbers for 2012....5 Million to Goodwill?.Yea... Give Goodwill 5 Million Dollars and Shareholders NOTHING!!!!..LMAO!!!!!!

The Address he used on the 8k filing is the address He was Kicked out of....A court order was given to a sherriff to collect assets at that address was said that It had been cleared out of....
