remember that it was a handful of shares traded that took the stock down and it's a handful that can take it right back up. average volume is 6 shares. you make it sound like there has been a massive sell off. there hasn't been. but you knew that.
Gold and Silver are cheap because they are not scares. They can be easily bought and sold. Make them scarce and see what happens. People always want what they can not have. Watch a toy sell for thousands on ebay around Christmas. You want liquidity ?? Hang on to your sox. Right after the second dividend and just before the second forward split. The PPS dropped because shares were bought for $70.00 and sold for $35.00 and then bought for $35.00 and sold for $7.60. Anyone can do it. It's done all over the penny market but here it does not work because it is not time for the price to go up. That will be in just a little bit.
