Interesting. So if the whole Aura is an elaborated scam and just a glorified flashlight, oh, and doesnt tell you anything a dermatologist doesnt know already, from the ABCD visuals right, then.....

Jeez, then that means that all the clinical studies are complete scams too and that the European community signed off on that too, and Austrailia, they all approved a scam product backed by phony clinical evaluations and comparisons !!!

Wow, Euraka. The whole kit and kaboodle is a fabricated scam. Thanks for the satori.

P.S. Software and a light source? I suppose that is a very rudimentary breakdown of either the Aura or the MelaFind. What do you expect, a Dr. Bones type scanner to make an accurate prognosis and eradicate the condition as well?

In all seriousness I can appreciate an honest critique that is backed with factual elements other than scare techniques so I am all ears if you have a skeleton to throw out here that passes muster.

P.S.S. Who do you assume the undisclosed paid promoters are and where are they? On this board, or yahoo, or somewhere else? Id like to know who those characters are.

WTF do we need specifics on those numbers for? Nobody is thinking there is massive revenue from this initial order. We just know thats its nice to hear something about sales, whether its 1 unit or more. Nobody thinks this is some miraculous and gigantic news. We get the implications of this. So, to create an issue here when there is none, is non-sense
