Be nice if Jim get financials current, that would really be a significant step to vindicate current shareholders.

Curious if he still responds to you? Some have said he has stopped replying. But if u still can get him, thats a ray of light.

Hope there'll be some form of recourse for GTGP investors this year.

where in the world are you going to find the source that you are talking about?

since the Fallacaros haven't filed GAAP financials with the SEC in almost 8 years for GTGP you will never know where the agreements and contracts were transferred to. They have gone to some private company controlled by the Fallacaros, just like they did when they controlled Falcon.
