I will not touch eln with a 10 ft pole with/wo KM.

I first bought into eln in Mar03, suffered the Smelly Bay affair, the dilution/convertible after Smelly Bay, been thru Black Monday in Mar05 , averaged down to 3$, WTF week Jul28 week in 2008 and last yr when bapi failed, I was done.

In fairness, given all the catastrophes that happened to elan bagholders (i mean investors), I did make money in eln but that is solely due to my luck which is also the only reason I came out green on mnta also.

With Km still at the helm, it is really a burden. The guy can't tell his derriere (and he does have a fat one) from his elbow. I never forgot him showing his mug on CNBC during WTF week Jul08 mumbling something about "more data to clarify the situation" which never materialized.

No sirree, no more Eln for me since last Jul2012.

ELN, perhaps they could pull off a PLDI type splitup of the royality flow from the "whatever".

Should be easy to calculate what the royality stream (unecumbered by any non-trivial expenses) should price at.
