a small float makes it hard to disguise any market maker manipulation. but you knew that. you cannot make a small float seem like a bad thing no matter how you put it. a wise investor is always looking for a small float company because it can move on a breeze. scarcity = value. diamonds are worth more than gold because there are fewer diamonds than gold nuggets. i will take my chances here. keep on doing what you do but i don't think you will convince anyone here that we have anything less than a diamond mine.

Correction. Lenfest is not CEO he is Chairman of the board:

" It currently operates under the direction of cable pioneer and philanthropist HF “Gerry” Lenfest. Mr. Lenfest is the Chairman of the Board and majority shareholder of TelVue Corporation.[1]"

At this point in time you would be correct when you say the CEO is not a billionaire. That will be changing in the near future and may be just ahead of it's time.

The director and major shareholder as you say has stopped his support. He owns 93% of the company. Is that not like stopping support for one's self ??

Gerry Lenfest had to kick the birds out of the nest just as you move your kids from living in your basement.

As he sees just how high they are able to fly he is one proud papa. Ask him.

If that same child came to you and said he had a great job making a fortune but needed a new suit till his check came in would you help ??

Some tell people that Telvue lost millions of dollars while I know they have invested those millions to build an empire.

You want something positive about Telvue going dark and that's simple. For years they have sold themselves short by forever sighting Sarbanes. Thank God some will not have that to oick apart.

Dell computers went private because they sell the biggest single piece of crap on the market ever.
