I agree RBB, Rik Sanchez do not deserve this to happen in his watch. Yes the responsibility lies on him now but, like you said, the past management did nothing about filings while claiming they were 97% done. Rik, in his first month as the CEO, hired a CFO to help him file the financials. She has been at it for nearly 2 months. I mean, they were on it. The problem is, there are 6 filing cabinets to go through to sorth everything out. JK is responsible for holding those filing cabinets. While FK is responsible for doing nothing about it under his tenure. RS has done nothing but made good on his promise that he will tackle this filings head on and his action speaks louder by hiring a CFO.
