Revenue producing acquisition and assets owned free and clear...hardly "garbage"
name 1 sub penny company that doesn't from time to time raise capital by selling shares to market...
If you are looking in this market, you better expect some level of dilution at some point...it seems that exmt isnt out to dilute 10's of millions of shares as fast as they can, causing panic and disparity.
If the company is selling it is in a reasonable and controlled manner, far more appealing than most sub penny plays that slap investors silly with hundreds of millions of shares lickady split!
Exmt will move up when buyers return...for now bears are having fun but bulls are loading cheap.
Exmt will run again, mark my post!
