That is possible and if you buy shares of NEOM you would have to believe that.
However, when I look at past performance of never coming close to making money in the core business, inadequate revenue stream, the lack of 8-K's in the last several months (indicating no material transactions), and a contract labor based management team, I think you have a better shot buying lottery tickets.
