Yes, and NEOM won't disclose Q4/year-end results until between April 1st and April 16th (if they can scrape up enough money to pay for the audit and attorneys to actually file a 10-K). You have lots of time to load the boat, and with a little patience you will load it with sub-par shares.
And I know the reason YA extended but you may not- it gives time for a reverse split and then even more dilution because there is no way YA can possibly convert all their debt in the next 6 months. With more than 25 billion shares, it will take more than 18 months too.
So for folks that are hoping for pps at $.10, you may get your wish if that reverse split happens quickly.
