Great news: Fourth quarter results won't be released next week so you will have at least 7 more weeks to load the boat with more shares, before everyone else wises up about how good NEOM has been doing lately.
If all your wishes come true and NEOM actually earned enough money to pay auditors and attorneys for filing a 10-K, then you will be rewarded with Q4 financial results, plus some obscure disclosures to make you think things are even better than they really are.
Based on past history, NEOM will file the 10-K close to the 90th day after year-end (April 1, 2013). In fact, last year NEOM simply filed a form with the SEC to extend its filing date until April 16th so don't be surprised if that happens again this year.
