The only thing I am interested in is what current management is doing. They have indicated that they have not increased the float since acquiring the company. That is good enough for me. I don't even have issue with a small amount of dilution, companies go public (well at least most of them anyways) so they can issue shares so they can get stuff done to build a bigger company. Those that think they can get into the market and buy stock in companies that don't dilute have not done their homework and should not be in the market. Every company dilutes (even the really big ones do from time to time). In fact if you look at the fact that they have recinded their 504 that is an indication that they don't have plans to dilute int he short term.

And did it affect the pps at any point? Seems like it would have diluted it at some point? And I know it's probably public info, but what exactly was the 504 they cancelled? And do think Nicollet was fired or got scared and R-U-N-N-O-F-T? Texas penal system is, well lets say punishing.
