CAIRO — President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad traveled to Cairo on Tuesday, the first visit by an Iranian leader to Egypt since the two countries broke off diplomatic relations three decades ago and a barometer of the shifts in regional dynamics underway since the start of the Arab uprisings.
I was going to post that article myself in reply to your pal, Sox....
however....read it carefully....while it states that it intended to clarify....it clearly is intended to confuse....
notice it says:
The press release also clarifies that two handguns were used in the shooting, not four handguns, as NBC reported after ‘confirming’ the information with numerous federal and state officials on live television after the shooting.
it clearly says pistols were USED.....
then, it goes on:
In addition, while there were a number of early reports that an “assault rifle” was used in the shooting, CNN ran an update that a shotgun was in the trunk of the car, and not a rifle. Although there apparently is no “Canta-12,” there is a Russian model that translates to “Saiga-12” (as a Russian speaker, I can confirm this).
NOTICE THAT IT NEVER SAYS THE BUSHMASTER WAS USED.....
