Agree: Mods please replace that Sticky with one of the many PR's from the last one month. That current Sticky PR is two years old and now has zero to do with DUTV.
The PR's from January, they paint an accurate picture of why the pps is going up TODAY - not what never happened 2 years ago...lets not confuse newbies or new people coming aboard.
