I don't have an opinion on whether the numbers are wrong or right. My problem with it is that assuming it's correct I think that all it proves is that, on average over that timespan, the monthly high close was 6% above the monthly low close. In essence, the whole thing is just another bullchit promotion for LTBH.

Also, take notice of who sponsors the thing, i.e., TD Waterhouse. My recent experience with these people is described here: #msg-840566.
