My worthless 2 cents wouldn't go on the short side as a short term play at this point. I'm not following the news but see the 50% fib line just below.

If it holds the 50% retrace it will likely cup back up and maybe even give an exhaustion gap from there.

Seems like the falling knife as stopped, but needs to go lower to find a good base? This might take a little time? Not sure about Feb 16 Puts here...
