MVTG Golden cross?

Is this an MVTG golden cross and a rally right up off of the golden cross I see on my friend mick's chart? If yes, it is one of the most bullish buying signals there is IIRC?
It shows the 50 day and 200 day average both rising now (the 200 day has just turned up) and the 50 day crossing up and over the 200 day average!!!!
