#4175 RE: zoriden #4171

Reverse split? I DONT THINK SO!

Here is why I do not believe that R/S is in the cards for CDFT.
In the future there will have to be enough common shares for anyone who wants to convert the series "C" shares. If they do an R/S the float will be too small. It is only around 90 Million in the float now. Just for discussion sake, lets say they do a 100 for 1 R/S. That now takes the float down to approximately 900,000. Way too small for anyone to do conversions if you have so many people that are holding $2 or $3 shares.

In my mind the best way to both increase the float and bring investors in to get the PPS to the 2 or 3 dollar mark would be to give free shares to shareholders of record. A forward split to shareholders of record as a dividend, not direct dilution.
I have actually watched this happen about a year ago. I wish I had bought in on that trade, instead I sat back and watched only as a learning experience. The PPS absolutely sky rocketed to the range we need in a matter of days. Not only did it bring in hordes of investors, it caused anyone short on the stock to absolutely run screaming to the cover button. Shorty had to cover and buy in if he wanted to make money. It was amazing to watch. Sorry, I can not remember the ticker or company.

It is only a thought of a possible approach. It is a very rare thing and mostly only me being a silly little "Dreamer" at this time.

Does anyone disagree with this possibility? If so, please explain why I might be wrong in my thinking. I am always trying to learn new things and I do not pretend to be an expert on share structure.

At the very least you have to admit that this post has some entertainment value. LOL!

To anyone who cares to reply, I appreciate your constructive input!

Thanks
