MM(INTL)is buying back shares it seems,but even with its help, retail is panic selling, this could get back near .02's with a little MOMO...Anytime ASK is slapped on INTL matches the shares purchased...I believe INTL's an ECN. One positive note, NITE's accumulating in a 10K Block...anyone know why PPS is taking a beating...Haven't noticed any dilution???
