And what's more interesting to me (and concerning) is that directors own ZERO shares outright, even after a policy was put in place almost 5 years ago requiring everyone to own shares. The deadline to own shares is coming up soon and several will need to exercise and hold and they haven't done it yet. I find it incredible that they have chosen to wait to the last minute.
