When JPMC bought WAMU BANK it claimed it now owned the Anchor Savings Bank Litigation and

intervened in the US Court of Federal Claims as a representative for Anchor Savings Bank - which

appears was accepted by the US Court of Federal Claims.


ANCHOR/JPMC is considered the same party in the US Court of Federal Claims.
