All I know is Freedman was a director and Chavis was the CEO of H3, It went through a whirlwind of promotional prs and failed. I also know from the pr that Chavis touted the big popcorn deal like it was something, and I also know that Freedman was the recipient of $750,000 conv note with 50% discount on shares while he was a director of the company. If that don't stink I don't know what does.
