that is the point I was trying to make. you would think the constitution would apply to citizens and it does. But it also applies to anyone within our borders. which is not a bad thing, but a lot different from just about every country in the world.

and in actionable fact, there is a long march toward making every right available to all persons , even those who are here breaking laws.

Nice try but that's the way the Constitution goes. There are 3 branches of government. You can go back through time and look at some Dredful decisions made by the Supremes.
