They have obviously been losing money for more than a year. You don't create a $96 million in a year! I don't know who runs their business department, but the certainly don't seem to know what they are doing. The company as a whole should have figured out promotions that worked. I was part of the CD test program back in June and it failed miserably. Alot of customers were turned off by it and it ran for weeks. That is all I could sell, was CD's... not packages of any kind.
