The report was perfect! The problem the report did not show that uptime was an issue due to petcoke removal. Number #3 has automated petcoke removal with minimal shutdown required just for maintenance is the way I understand it.
The real problem was trying to make a machine turn plastic to oil efficiently which John did. Fixing uptime was childsplay IMO.
I remember one article that John was quoted saying that 7000 lb. + per hour was doable. If that is possible and with #3 having the capability of working continuously it will cut the number of processors in 1/2 and result in much lower capital costs and much higher profits.
