well some of the features on the trucking software I use at my company have taken several updates and TIME to hone the system for individual use - have another update school in 2 weeks - this implementaion and working to custom fit my needs made a huge difference in trucking operations cost. with 60 company trucks and 60 leased trucks last year I went from 660k over the bid estimates to 247k to the good - nuff said- still more we are doing for efficiency progress - in the beginning there were items in the programs that did not do what I needed but now they do.Anyone looking at this type of change in their company is well aware that is it not perfectly made for them but can adapt to almost eveyones needs - I actually understand the technology and the challenges of implementaion - sales is first
