Joe cleaned up one sheel he helped turn in a shell QASP. Lol if by cleaning up he took stock down over 99% as CEO and did not grow revenues and still has loses after 2 years as CEO sure. lol. Cleaned it up. He with Dean made the mess called QASP. As CEO's they were only ones who issued shares and tanked price deliverying little to show for that. Don't make Joe out the good guy he isn't. Not when he wiped out old common he helped scam and now has new shareholders since his 1 for 1000 r/s down 95%. Nothing good about what he's done to shareholders nothing. he could have at least in 2 years grown revenues with that small flight school but hasn't.
