WHAT??? Jeff WAS the CEO here nad RUINED this shell! Who else could Jeff blame for this? Jeff has tanked this from 50 cents to .0015 and then LOST it to Joe somehow. Joe getting N is good for a real Q common SH but how is Joe to blame for what has happened here? Dear lord I herd it all.

Cheif yes he did but when he bought it not much to it. Of course he did terrible job with NHSH. Jey unlike QASP he didn't issue 40 billion new shares and try to hide it with 1 for 1000 r/s like QASP did last 2 years. Jeff is no where near as bad as Joe has been to shareholders.
