I just played it because of the chart setup. Lacks the big volume but today saw higher than usual. I got a few million 11s and 19s.

It's somehow tied to BMSN, I forget the details. Remember it from months back.. Almost looks like smaller-group/retail trying to push it as BMSN moves. Just my opinion though
