LOL, then I guess I am not "anyone"!!!!

I do not practice securities law, but I do professional consulting work and battle with the EPA, OSHA and Texas agencies, like the TCEQ for a living, and no one is ever sure what the regulations really say, in fact most of them get tied up in knots in court for 10 years for that very reason.

If I stick 12 lawyers in a room I am assured of getting 12 opinions at times. In fact most of them want a gazillion dollar retain fee to research and write an opinion as to what it is they say.

I feel that way about this 8-K, garbage in garbage out, it makes no sense at all. I don't think it tells the real story. That is my opinion. Therefore I am going to wait and see what is over the next hill.

and here's a point that is overlooked. he's working for the company, not the shareholders. those are not one and the same thing.
