The difficult part is the emotions can catch you when you use your gut or compensate for overshoots etc etc..Mechanical trading takes away alot of the demons powers.. but I realized a few years back that being mechanical just dosnt work which meant facing my demons..
and they dont go away either.. I figured it would get easier with time but each trade I have to struggle with them. I envy people who harbor no ill will for coulda/shoulda/wouldas.. if there IS such a person actually?
