oh, yea. you're right. Couple that with the fact that Rule 144 share issuance is ILLEGAL for shell companies. (I posted a link the other day about that.) You must have a product. This is nothing more than window dressing to make it look like there's activity. Obviously, when looking at the data that SMF posted back then, it's obvious this is cooked up to SELL SHARES and protect the issuance rule.
SEC has had bigger fish to fry and seems to just ignore things, even when it's obvious as this!
