estimates are from -.01 to .03 (6 analyst), I think they will fall into that arena. They settled a 4.5mil lawsuit (which will effect earnings some). The 4.5mil is less than one months revenue, so no biggy, imo.

Now- if the new auditors find creative ways of showing improved numbers <bg>, I think they may beat the analysts guesses.
