So many post on KING board, this stock is bound to be #1 on breakout boards soon imo

I guess I'm confused.
I keep hearing about a KING breakout and how L2 looks fantastic for such a move ("L2 is soooo thin") but nothing ever happens to the KING pps. Just bunches of shares being dumped into the market. What am I missing here? Is a breakout something that should happen "soon" or do we need to be on the breakout boards before a breakout can happen with KING? Thanks for your help.
