Can't answer that. I', sure the FDA...EPA and other gov't guidelines have criteria that needs to be met. States like CA have stronger restrictions than say many other states so there are different regulatory agencies that have a say in what makes it green. There are just too many products to understand the differentiation between them. I would inquire with a "BRANDED line like Johnson Wax (Racine, WI), Clorox (San Fran, CA), or even the fearless leader CEO of unbranded WNBD. He may not know how to run a company but he I'm sure knows about the criteria for becoming Eco friendly or Green qualified product qualities.

"green" is a term idiots came up with to fool you into believing people are destroying the planet, it has been a strong marketing practice for years to help appease all the lemmings.
