The devil might very well be right, the time window for that is perfect, and indeed we may be looking at phase II, in retrospect. It could also be that the Naz and dow are playing two different scenarios. That would be particularly true if the bounce here does continue all the way to the upper BB bands as suggested by ajtj for the Naz (also about 110 Naz points with a slight overshoot above the top of the BB band).

If as you said we might be in the 2nd phase of the nas03, and the nasdaq didn't reach the 1197/1222, as a result of not reaching the 1st phase nasdaq goal,is it changing your targets for the nasdaq (the 2nd phase 1080 and the 3rd 950 are still intact)?
by the way the accumulation on the nas is rated A by investors buss. daily newspaper,this considered to be bullish parameter.
