YOU STATED...$4M revenue over 100 employees $1M in inventory, 350M shares outstanding....I asked where you got this info...what period is this from....I made assumption that they do not have any more employees as they owe 1.8M in state and PR taxes...how can they pay employees IF they owe CA so much money? They have no cash on hand...sorry 6K AS OF LAST Q ! No revenues...well they may have some GROSS revenues but zero profits....and last Q their inventory was almost done...PLUS they dont really own anything as they signed this off against loan defaults...we already went thru all those toxic terms
