Odd - usually when Bush speaks, market seems to tank - this time rally started coinciding with his press conference

I am truly getting p'd off with all these political announcements, speeches etc. coloring the true sentiments of the market, as they are quick to ignore the lousy economic reports each day. I bet it is market's way of testing the patience of the shorts and running them out of the ball park and then going after the longs next week as you rightly stated(g).

If as you said we might be in the 2nd phase of the nas03, and the nas didn't reach the 1197/1222 is it changing your targets?
btw the accum. on the nas is considered a in investors buss. daily which is the best rate.

I offer the following max pain thought

It appears the game might have been to force the QQQ's as high as possible without letting the 26's get in the money.

A nice fast drift down to max pain will trap all the long buyers at the top real nice just like they did yesterday to the shorts.

Let's see how close they can get us to QQQ 25 today.
