But that still does not address the question -- we get a disputed election and everyone was given a voting receipt. How will the fact that receipts were given out help to resolve the election dispute?????
The fact that the receipts could easily be forged is just one problem. Many folks will lose or throw away their receipts. Are you going to go door to door to check all the receipts?? Will only those votes from voters who kept their receipts be counted?? How are you going to count the votes?? Will the candidate who had the most supporters keeping their receipts be the winner??
There are many other problems with the idea and I just do not see where it solves anything.
