Yes, Profunds, for example, has the fund UJPIX, advertised as being a 2x Nikkei 225 fund on their website.
A perusal of the prospectus, however, yields that it is really based on Nikkei futures traded in New York during regular US trading hours.
So, what one gets as the purchase price the at close of any given day is the US expectation of what will happen to the Nikkei the following trading day.
Not a great choice for Wonging.
Any leads on leveraged funds for Asia/Japan that actually trade in their respective markets?
