Really? So the annual report makes no difference until a stock reaches a cent or more? I was not aware of that. I thought an annual report was a critical element of DD for all stocks, regardless of pps.

But, no worries here. RXPC has not demonstrated the ability to get above .0001/.0002 much less a penny. Does that mean no need to read the 10K?
