Epic, who is half Elite's BOD and chief scientific officer is buying shares of Elite. 6 million shares to fund trials. And these warrants have existed for a long time.
How do you go from ~350+6 = 406? Do you have some information that no one else has? Did they secretly convert an extra 50m shares that no one else knows about?
Anyway, actual investors know the money is going to fund trials being funded by those that will reap the biggest rewards and are actually the one's developing the products for trials.
Still waiting on those answers to those simple questions.
Never mind the 6,000,000. How about 400,000,000 - 350,000,000 = 50,000,000. That is dilution, however Scottrade shows only 350,000,000 in the O/S; same for Ameritrade???? That is not to say that 350,000,000 is a miniscule amount by any measure, especially revenue.
