They bought "warrants" and they will be at some time converted to 6 million shares that are not part of the outstanding shares as of today so those 6 million "NEW" shares will be DILUTION when it takes place...Maybe that is why the PPS is below a "DIME" after the company being founded in ... 1984....almost 30 years ago and the PPS is less than a "DIME" and the share count continues to increase while the share price remains under a "DIME" !!!
