Cintel corp certainly has some swings!

look at the spread between the last low of about 8 cents
and the recent high of 16.5 cents, thats about 8 cents now
picking half of the spread gives you say 5 cents add low to
spread and you get 13 cents, if stock can exceed 13 cents and
sustain it (on the average) for say a week or so it will be
EXTREEMLY bullish and probably indicate that any breakout
would be to the upside

for longs either way we win, drops down we buy more, if it
goes up...well we count the pennies, as in 100's of thousands
of them :)
