A FOUNDING COMPANY CREATED AFTER THE COMPANY THAT IT FOUNDED?
According to one of several PRs, AHS was establish for the sole purpose of marketing and distributing the HTI line of intelligent hydrogen systems. Here is a quote from the PR:

AHS was established in February, 2012. Alternative Hydrogen Systems Group Sales and Marketing LLC was established in April, 2012. Here is a link to the Delaware Secretary of State so that you can search for both companies to verify what I say:

YUUUUUP, AHS was created before AHSGSM. So how could AHSGSM do a JV with HTI to create AHS when AHS was created before AHSGSM?

I think it was in Feb. when AHS was created and AHSGSM was created a few months later, in Delaware of course. A state that charges for "public records."

I think you have it backwards.
The PR said that HTI and AHSGSM entered into a JV to create AHS, but in reality AHS had already been created before AHSGSM was created. Of course both "companies" are private, so no reporting of any kind as to revenue or assets.
