Here in Palm Beach County Florida, I heard we're going to the dart and balloons method for elections. Red and blue balloons will be mixed on a sheet of plywood, so not even the blind will be at a disadvantage. And the County gets to blow the voting machine money on more traffic calming projects (nearly at a standstill around here now).
I fail to see how a printed "receipt" helps. So now all the fine folks in Florida (including the dead voters) have voted and they all received a receipt -- let us even assume that half or more of them still have their receipt, which is unlikely. There is a dispute over the vote -- now what???
Keep in mind that if they can forge US currency, it will be real easy to forge receipts.
