10 days ago MPIX president was arrested for DUI, resisting arrest, fighting with cops, "depriving an officer of means of protection" (taking his gun?), driving with suspended license for the THIRD TIME?!!!

This is his third arrest I'm aware of. Can Armando remain as president of a public company with felony charges???
