That's what I'm beginning to think. We had a stronger than expected bounce at the original 1260, so why not stop sooner on the break below 1260?

And the latest "ramp by" date I recall was 16 MAR 03 (although I may have missed something)

The devil might very well be right, the time window for that is perfect, and indeed we may be looking at phase II, in retrospect. It could also be that the Naz and dow are playing two different scenarios. That would be particularly true if the bounce here does continue all the way to the upper BB bands as suggested by ajtj for the Naz (also about 110 Naz points with a slight overshoot above the top of the BB band).
